South East Volunteers (SEV) may have reached out to you by phone or SMS as we have received a referral from My Aged Care for our services. We provide community transport, social support and the Monash Safety Register.

Client are required to register with us before they can access our services. All intake appointments are conducted over the phone and can be booked below. Phone intake appointments are available by appointment in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

All intake appointments are now conducted over the phone. In person appointments are not available.
Client onboarding Process
1. Initial Contact
We may contact you by phone and/or SMS to triage your My Aged Care referral.
You may also reach out to us directly.
2. Intake Appointment
Book in an appointment so we can introduce our services and triage your individual needs.
You can then choose to sign up as a client.
3. Services
Once registered, you may use our transport, social support and/or safety register services.
Everyone must be registred to use our services.
Intake Bookings
Phone intake appointments are available in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
All persons travelling or participating in our services would need to be registered. Please select additional registration during booking process to allow extra time.
