Do you want to volunteer?

Volunteering is a great way to become involved in your community. At the same time, it can provide you with opportunities to meet people, to learn new skills, or use the ones you already have. You might just want to try something new.

The great advantage for potential volunteers is the ability to utilise the knowledge SEV has of local organisations, the many opportunities available to volunteers, and an understanding of the nature of the tasks available.

Not sure where to start? Give us a call or email us and we will help you find a volunteer role that is just right for you. Too busy to come in for a chat? We have the option of meeting face to face, online (via Zoom/Teams/FaceTime/WhatsApp) or via telephone.

When you wish to register as a volunteer you will be interviewed and efforts will be made to ensure that a correct ‘match’ is made. We will endeavour to answer any questions which you might have and details about the commitment expected for an individual task will be explained.

We have several offices for you convenience – and to ensure that we can find local volunteer roles for you. Our Outreach Services are located in Glen Waverley, Clayton, Dandenong & Narre Warren.
